Fibber McGee & Molly update: Nancy and I are doing dueling Wallace Wimple impressions and we're both bad at it. "Sweetieface... that's my big ol' wife..."

This is why I'm reading about the turbine car... unbelievably jealous. The one thing I regret about EVs is the end of the Weird Gas Engine Idea—CNG, rotary, turbine, etc

Two Ford Freestars in two days. Is this a sign? Am I about to see my white whale, the Mercury Villager Nautica?

Found Chitty Chitty Bang Bang on VHS at the thrift store this afternoon so Nancy is hosting a watch party in her room

Lindsay and I waited way too long to think about our costumes so we were on my phone looking at EarthBound clay models 90 minutes before the party. Melvin isn't in the group shot because he slowly grew afraid of the Ego Org ("No big face!!! No big face!!!!") but he was Apple Kid's mouse pal

Last night I saw a Suzuki Verona a few blocks from my house... the day before that I saw a Honda Civic GX (factory compressed natural gas) on the road like six feet in front of me. I don't want to brag but if you love spotting unusual but very boring cars (and I do) this is a generational run

I get why people have put most of their muscle behind "cars are too big now," but we need to also consider "wheels are too big now." 15 inches for the base model, 17 inches as an option, that's enough for anybody. Opinion brought to you by this Acura Legend on YouTube with unreal color-matched 15s

I can't believe I played myself like this... now I want to own a Saturn. Maybe a late-90s SC2 with the third door, or else a final-generation wagon. All I want in life is to own like $40,000 worth of cars, spread out over 20 cars

Terrible news: I was reminded of the Toyota Sera and I do not own one

Not only that, we appear to have lost the live video of Dynamite Coolguy that I dressed up as for Halloween a few years ago

Previous rankings... I think I'd stand by these, though that's not a very flattering press photo of the Concorde

Spotted an Eagle Vision yesterday while I was buying some brake stuff... if you want to see a 30-year-old Chrysler sedan, a great place to look is the Autozone parking lot

A huge treat to once again be a Fangamer Dad. Thanks to everybody who watched and donated and to Toby for making a game that's a tractor beam for kind and interesting people (the best kind of game)

Nancy and Melvin each took very revealing selfies with her toy camera while we were visiting their cousins. I love the faces Melvin makes, he's got access to special emotions at frequencies that only dogs can hear

Been seeing a lot of Mazda 5s on the road lately... proud of them for trying to make mid-size minivans happen in the states but we just weren't ready

Hm... I forgot to pick the right edition for my Goodreads review, but for the avoidance of doubt I'm a 1991 mass-market-paperback Salinger guy. Loved these

Not a fan of the Nuggets relying on him as a backup center at this point but I respect DeAndre Jordan because he appears to agree with me that Jamal Murray should keep doing the Blue Arrow thing
