I'm just a guy in Seattle.

I was on the highway the other day and some guy in the driver's seat of a Tesla was flossing his teeth. When he noticed us noticing him, he smiled and waved, with the floss draped across the fingers of his waving hand.

We found the experience unpleasant.

My needs are minimal. I really just want to be able to make basic edits to RAW files. Give me too many options and I'll overdo it, or never do it. Do just picking something and getting used to was more important that what I picked.

I was quite happy with Aperture back in the day and I miss it.

A better computer. I tried some alternatives and could have been happy with them. But Lightroom is the only one that runs on my old machine without crashing regularly.

At this point, we really need one of the older, wealthier Reps to arrange asylum somewhere with a nice climate, drop the files and walk off into the sunset.

In high school, when that song came on the radio, that line was taken as instructions among my friends....

That dislike button can't show up soon enough for stuff like this.

I love the hand written gear map.

A sign of a good grill is when parts stay in production. The grill in my yard started it's service in 1975 in my grandfather's yard. Parts remain available.

When cleaning out the car I had from 1999-2011, the driver's door pocket had a bunch of map quest printouts above a bunch of hand written directions.

It's appropriate for Christmas because he had the best jingle ever.

Instead, they are going to get off the plane and talk about how they plan to apply the many "learnings" they got from the experience of their flight.

They are so cool and you got some fun shots. Here are the ones I saw i Tofino several years back.

I encountered these in Tofino years ago. They were beautiful and weird and fascinating.

It's a "moving tribute" only in tht sense that it physically moves along the track.

As an American and a sometimes air traveler, I'm not sure he understands who I would actually blame if large scale sick-outs occurred. (Hint: not the controllers)

It's a reverse mullet — party in the front, business in the rear.

The thing I don't like about that altitude is that they have significantly less time to run through the checklists if something goes wrong.

It's the paint scheme he wants to see replace the current one used on all the government vip jets.

Yeah. I saw that. I figure someone from DHS called, asked explicitly about 737s and whoever's assistant they got on the phone just played along, pretending to have authority. "Yeah, I think we have ten we could cut you a deal on pretty quickly."

Also, Spirit doesn't fly 737s.
