I don’t think the NFL is conspiring on behalf of the Chiefs. I do think officials are either having a particularly error-prone year that has coincidentally and predominantly benefit a very small number of teams, or we’re going to eventually learn of some corporal corruption, likely gambling related.

What’s stupid is that we knew in our hearts that there would be officiating controversies coming out of this AFC championship game. We predicted it because we’ve seen it: refs place a plausibility deniable thumb on the scale in favor of the Chiefs time and time again #nfl @nflofficiating.bsky.social

I’m so so so… so tired of bad calls, missed calls and egregious spots by refs. It’s impacting quality of the product. Somebody please look into what’s going on. Announcers aren’t even trying to cover for them anymore. It’s plain as day @nflbluesky.bsky.social @nflofficiating.bsky.social

I can feel it coming in the air. Not tonight, but soon. @nflofficiating.bsky.social is due for another gambling scandal. Since online sports gambling has become legal, bad calls/no-calls have become progressively more egregious.

The quality of the officiating by @nflofficiating.bsky.social has nosedived in the last couple of years and it’s time they are fined like the players are for some of the outlandish shit we’re seeing every week. Even peewee players know nothing after the ref’s whistle counts
