The problem is national and it is getting worse.
The latest study shows MA needs to build an additional 106,000 more homes than we are building now to meet *current* demand for housing, never mind to accommodate further economic growth & prosperity.

Land use regulation is a *state power* partially delegated to towns by c 40A. Through the MBTA CA, the legislature took back part of that delegation. Milton voted to break the law.
