Land use regulation is a *state power* partially delegated to towns by c 40A. Through the MBTA CA, the legislature took back part of that delegation. Milton voted to break the law.

Finally, the refusal to acknowledge the existence of the MBTA 215 bus route, which connects Quincy Center to Ashmont Station, with numerous stops along Granite Ave in East Milton, just bc the "NO" people drive everywhere ...

And the Ashmont-Mattapan High-Speed Line is undeniably part of the MBTA's Red Line route, and has been considered "rapid transit" since its inception.
