A Pelvic PT explained this to me
Some ppl dont have laxity issues, but issues with hypertonicity, so more kegels would exacerbate the issue.
Some need to learn to relax those pelvic floor muscles
Just know which u are before u kegel like there's no tomorrow 🤗
