Sick of seeing arguments about the inefficacy of collectively turning off the money faucet to someone who has personally funded global efforts to strip away the already-precarious rights and safety of trans folks. If you want to live that life, do it away from me and stop wasting time equivocating.

The UK Supreme Court has unanimously decided that the definition of sex under the Equality Act 2010 refers solely to biological sex, and does not include people with a Gender Recognition Certificate.

I don't really care what a judge in the UK thinks about sex. If the definition of sex is based on what's written on a birth certificate, it's purely a legal determination. I know who I am. And that's not determined by law, but by a century of research into how complicated sex and gender really is.
