These executive orders on banning federally funded entities from recognizing trans people or disallowing them from using the bathroom are not self-executing or immediately enforceable. They require formal rule making at a minimum. They are a scare tactic. Ignore and do not comply in advance.

When I was in a PhD program, I was denied my accessibility accommodations and dropped out before the first year ended, depressed and with horrible grades.

I just wrapped up my first semester in a masters program in a different state w straight A's and professors who view me as human. I could cry!
