I don't talk much about Discord here, but I did want to make a short thread regarding this video, and talk briefly on how the support data breach has been covered by some outlets.

Some details are correct, but I believe as a whole this has been presented in bad faith.

The hacker's gone on record to claim that Discord has an internal list of 'no-ticket' individuals on their Zendesk? Doesn't make sense, looks like it's phrased as being for their Twitter. I believe this was edited to get a reaction from the community.
Specifically, NTTS and Teamspeak both did so.
# Accounts We SHOULD NOT Interact With If any of these accounts are tagged in a post, or tag Discord in a post, agents should quiet close the ticket without further response. List of names, including streamlabs, USA Army eSports (capitalized incorrectly), teamspeak, and cark. Continued list of names, with KEEM, CallmeCarson, Quackity, Dr. Disrespect, and No Text To Speech (NTTS).
