We all need to help stop this. We need to start standing up to people and not blindly follow along. If it doesn’t feel right say something. I watched others be harmed by this person and didn’t say a word. These toxic organizations and communities will never change unless we start speaking up.

I have never felt so betrayed by a group of people who I thought were my friends, my community. I spent endless hours putting in time, blood, sweat and tears for this org just to be exiled when their charismatic, all knowing abusive member realized I wasn’t going to blindly follow.

No one came to the rescue when he would unprofessionally speak to me and publicly humiliate me. They instead gaslit me into believing that I was being too sensitive, taking it the wrong way, not believing in good intention and when he kept doing it, well he’s autistic, great so am I.

Some people didn’t and millions are disabled because of it. By definition and criteria we are still in a pandemic. Covid is still harmful and can damage almost every organ in your body. My child didn’t develop complications til 2yrs after his infection.

We’re still in a pandemic. You don’t get to rewrite the devotion and criteria just cause you want to. Misinformation.

Not if we are all sick and disabled. 1/wk BTO and my family has been exposed to Covid. We already have a child who never recovered from an infection. We need to care about each other. What are we fighting for? Keep our jobs but become disabled? Kill our coworkers medically fragile kid? FFS.
