Stayed way too long in an organization who allowed a person to harass, bully, mentally and emotionally abuse me and others. I naively thought an org like this wouldn’t participate in such practices, I was very wrong. I also wrongly believed that they would see what was going on, they didn’t.

The ongoing Covid pandemic is an intersectional justice issue. Oppressed peoples are disproportionately harmed. Masking shows an ethic of intersectional justice. Not masking shows no such ethic. Choosing not to mask is to ignore oppressed peoples.
