I found this worked for me: every time I found an account on BlueSky I unfollowed it on Twitter and before long the Twitter feed dwindled to the point I wasn't tempted to pop back in there again

Wenn Friedrich Merz sich auch nur ansatzweise interessieren würde dafür, was gut für meine Töchter ist, nähme er die Klimakrise ernst, würde den Verbrennungsmotor in Rente schicken, Überreiche fair besteuern und nie mehr AfD-Parolen nachbellen.

Darauf zu bestehen, dass man als „bürgerlich konservativ“ oder „rechtskonservativ“ bezeichnet wird, ist Teil der Selbstverharmlosung der extremen Rechten. Eine solche Fassade zahlt extrem auf das langfristig Ziel der Normalisierung ein. Den Gefallen sollte man diesen Akteuren nicht tun.

Charlie Kirk war nicht „rechtskonservativ“. Er war in den letzten Jahren dem Spektrum des White Nationalism zuzuordnen, ein Faschist und offen rechtsextrem, hat gegen BPoC und LGBTQ Menschen gehetzt, ein radikaler Sexist obendrein. Man kann seine Ermordung verurteilen ohne ihn zu verharmlosen.
