This is a litmus test of British people's patriotism. Do you back your national broadcaster? Or do you back this guy?

His deals aren't worth the paper they're printed on but world leaders have little choice but to pursue them. Another example of how completely he has destroyed the network of obligation that holds everything together.

@mrjamesob.bsky.social you asked if Trump would ever say he was wrong. Even if he was honest enough to apologise or admit error, think about the media environment we have allowed to exist.
Nick Clegg apologised and was crucified.
“U-turns” get hammered.
Would Trump apologise?
Would he heck!

@mrjamesob.bsky.social have you spotted Katie Hopkins online blaming “net zero” for the power outage in Spain and Portugal without even attempting to explain how? It’s bilge but it’s being shared far and wide!
The swivel-eyed loons are on the march again!

I wondered for a while why Trump was so excited by Brexit, even to the point of getting Farage to fluff him. It was simple, really: proof that, with the support of enough bent media, bad people selling bigotry & lies really could persuade people to vote to punch themselves in the face forever.

A newly visited menhir close to Le Hino, near St Brieuc, Brittany. Could this be a hint of other prehistoric activity in the area? I suspect so!

Millions of people are being forced to wait in pain for weeks just to even see their GP.
The lack of GP appointments is leading to unnecessary hospital admissions, straining A&E and costing the NHS even more money.

It cannot continue.
