I actually don’t have a tomato sauce recipe I’m proud of yet. Every time I make one, it’s edible but not quite right in a new way.
Closest I have to consistently working is “buy good jarred sauce. Sauté onions, garlic, and meat directly in the pot before adding the sauce.”
