Creating a Food Pod or Food-buying Group Food pods are groups of people who get together to buy food from the "wholesale" market or in bulk Food buying clubs are run on a volunteer basis, with most members volunteering time toward the tasks of ordering the food, keeping the books, and distributing the food when it comes in. Tasks can rotate so that everyone has a chance to try a new job (and no one person gets stuck with a job no one likes). - gather information about potential distributors -find some members. Discuss the idea with family, friends, neighbors, and co-workers. -Build commitment within the group. it really depends. one of the best I've read was on menstrual extraction, back in the 80s. that one was free, but hard to find.

it depends on the zine. I love the idea that a zine can be anything, and that in some cases yeah, teachers are cops.

Definitions of things, for newcomers: Freedom of assembly, or freedom of association, is the individual right of people to meet and collectively express, promote, pursue, and defend their shared ideas. Civil disobedience is the active and professed refusal of a citizen to obey certain laws, demands, orders, or commands of a government (or any other authority). By some definitions, civil disobedience has to be nonviolent to be called "civil". Hence, civil disobedience is sometimes equated with peaceful protests or nonviolent resistance. Propaganda of the deed, or propaganda by the deed, is a type of direct action intended to influence public opinion. The action itself is meant to serve as an example for others to follow, acting as a catalyst for social revolution.
