I guess the American People could ask Putin for his copy, but I don't know, even Epstein's brother wasn't sure if Putin had the materials on blowing bubba...

Uh oh...

Either he's found a new way to potentially bury something

Or the "Bubba" thing really has him rattled...

(or they've assured him that with a FULL investigation, nothing will come out til after 2028...)

tl;dr this doesn't just touch on age-of-consent laws but some very specific federal laws against transporting minors across state/international lines for sexual abuse & sexual human trafficking, and of the sort that can land you a life-with-no-parole term in the federal pen

Per 18 USC 2423, the acts of recruiting a 15-year-old as a prostitute, offering said 15-year-old to creepy PDFiles, offering that 15-year-old as "barely legal", providing your own Pleasure Island and arranging flights on the Lolita Express, etc. are *each* "life in prison" levels of ILLEGAL

18 USC 2423 is a whole-ass law banning (among other things) transporting minors across state lines or internationally for sex; traveling anywhere worldwide having sex with a minor, traveling to do so, or even arranging for that travel in any way www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/...

There's also additional laws (like the Wilberforce Trafficking in Persons Act) that ban human trafficking--and are among the very few laws that exist where even people on diplomatic visas can be refused entrance into the US if they had a history of human trafficking

And it still gets worse

www.gpo.gov/fdsys/pkg/BI...

Since 2000, there have been laws prohibiting "recruitment, harboring, transportation, provision, obtaining, patronising, or soliciting of a person for purposes of a commercial sex act" including (among others) any commercial sex act involving someone under 18

For one: There's the whole aspect of "crossing state and/or territorial lines for the purpose of sexual abuse of a minor" (which is illegal in all 50 states and federally, and *federal* age of consent on THAT is 18 years)

And then there's just the whole human sex trafficking aspect of it
