I read this as an admission that Musk and his tech team changed the coding on the vote counters (as indicated by the Smart Elections audit). Hard to imagine how he "won" it otherwise - detested figure that he is.

Among many interesting insights here, that the delusions of the malignant narcissist spread easily. Trump's flasities become OUR reality. This is what makes his pathology so dangerous.
