So it's Woking council going bankrupt today. Years ago, I used to investigate dodgy decisions at Brighton - always up for borrowing loadsamoney for grand projects that went into debt - essentially funelling cash from the ratepaying public to speculators with chums on the council. Plus ça change!

It's called it the oldest politiical question: "who shall watch the watchers?" When the Department of Justice is deliberately lying and manipulating the law, there is no law. Clearly, that suits the Trump administration and those hoping to share crumbs from its corrupt feast.
