So, when do we sell?
I don't really plan to sell most of my long term spot bags as I fully expect $BTC, $ETH and $SOL to trade significantly higher a decade from now.
But I do have leverage and sh1tcoins, so it's always good to know what you'll do.

There is absolutely nothing to be done in this environment except build positions slowly, over time, in high quality assets and survive till liquidity returns.

The cool thing with POS is you can invert it, just like they do with PE ratio for stocks or with bond yields.
$ETH has a 5.55% staking yield, for an 18x StakingPE. It also generates approximately $2bn in transaction fees per year, even after the POS change, L2s & tx batching.

In an ideal world, even when the DOJ indicts CZ whenever they do, Ripple loses or the US government coins move, we‘d hold these blue boxes on a closing basis. At least weekly closing. We‘ll see. If we do, I think it‘s great news. Not advice. $BTC $ETH $SOL

My working assumption on #crypto securities is that network token such as $ETH, $SOL, $ATOM, $ARB or $XRP (gulp) will be judged to have been illegal securities sales at the time of sale BUT no longer fall under securities regulation if sufficiently decentralized later on.

The SEC has let all of this alleged activity happen for 4+ years. They watched how people built their careers in the space. They let #tether & #binance become multibillion $ business and watched as #FTX defrauded everyone.
Sorry, I hope they fail now. Too little too late.

In all honesty, I‘ve been saying for years that Ripple and Binance (and Tether, and Barry…) are criminal enterprises. So 🤷🏻♂️.
The suit looks strong, the reply looks weak. I would not hold funds on binance.
Think SEC will lose on the securities point though.

I will say that, not having really explored a VR set personally, what was shown about the Apple Vision does not entice me and when they said it starts at $3499 I laughed out. But I really know nothing about VR so possible this is entirely wrong.

Inflation keeps dropping, Economy is staying strong.
Sure, you can debate 1 more hike or not, but to me this is a goldilocks scenario. 🤷🏻♂️

Some folks at the Fed after calling #inflation transitory for 2 years: „It‘s really bad. Inflation just isn‘t coming down. It‘s not transitory, we need to hike rates and hold for longer!“
