Pleasure is resistance. But I can’t remember what pleasure feels like… I started slow, I drank water, then I did a 9 minute work out on supernatural w/ Raneir Pollard, then I took a bath and belted out Ani DiFranco and remembered what pleasure was.

If you have ADHD one of the most impactful things you can do is limit your tolerances. Those little annoyances that build up over the day. Make yourself as comfortable as possible so you can have the bandwidth for the fight ahead ❤️

Quick reminder as the holiday season fries our executive functioning that if you have ADHD, there is research that going into nature may help with ADHD symptoms.
