Necesitamos una alfabetización mediática temprana: En las redes “también se emplean el humor y los memes para legitimar el odio (…) Los movimientos antiderechos instrumentalizan el humor “hacia abajo” –disfrazado de rebeldía– para difundir discursos de odio no punibles.
Es clave dotarles de competencias que les permitan detectar bulos, cuestionar memes discriminatorios y reflexionar sobre cómo quieren que sea su participación en las redes.
La importancia de una alfabetización mediática temprana en la era de la desinformación
Enseñar a los jóvenes a identificar información falsa es fundamental para para combatir los prejuicios racistas, prevenir la radicalización y defender los derechos humanos.
