This happened to my husband. He pushed back - he doesn’t prepay a builder or mechanic - and they folded. AND your health fund doesn’t prepay!

Every flood is followed by an outcry over building on flood prone land. And every subsequent flood shows that more homes have been built on flood prone land. Now that more land than ever before is flood prone, we really need to not put houses on flood prone land. Crisafulli is reckless.
