It's #DisabledWomensEPD. On top of getting paid half of what a non disabled man makes, disabled women & the programs they rely on are under threat from Trump. No matter your background, race or gender, we all deserve equal pay for equal work & safe & accessible working conditions.

Disabled women, esp. bi, trans, non-binary, & women of color, face some of the steepest wage gaps compared to non-disabled men. Economic justice must include disabled LGBTQ+ people of color. [1/9]

This year, disabled women are facing massive cuts to employment programs and services, and even our ability to track those cuts is being blocked. When data disappears, so do our stories. That’s why #DisabledWomensEPD matters more than ever.

While we work to close the wage gap for disabled women, we also must break down the ableist barriers & systems in place that keep disabled women in poverty. Our systems need a transformation. #DisabledWomensEPD

Did you know that the pay gap is wider for disabled women of color? Sexism, racism, and ableism means we’re paid even less than nondisabled men. We need equal pay now to lift disabled women out of poverty! Take Action here: tinyurl.com/DWEPD25 #DisabledWomensEPD
