Congress hasn't declared war since 1942.
Korea, Vietnam, Gulf 1 & 2, Afghanistan...none of these involved a Congressional declaration of war.
This is what the USA does, has done, ever since the Cold War.

This is feel-good content, but runs across the same problem that attempts to define a non-toxic masculinity always meet: all these excellent qualities also define "real femininity".
As long as we want masculinity to be a thing to strive for, it will have to be defined as "not female."

it's fine to not be smart about something. it's often largely outside of your control and most people aren't smart about most things anyway, it's a big world and you can only know so much. it's bad to be stupid. you shouldn't be proud of being stupid.
