I have this firmly in the “never ever going to happen” category but I’d love to see Mohammed Kudus at Spurs. The body control and strength of Deki with the dribbling technique better than any of the current squad. He’s always an engaging watch. #COYS

Been interesting (and a hurdle) to switch game engine loyalties for game dev to Godot. But I’m getting to the point soon where I’ll be comfortable to resume coding! Been occupying time with more sketching and game planning while the production took a backseat.

Committing to making and publishing a game every 12 weeks in 2024. Perfectionism be damned. Domino effect the skills learned in each cycle into the next. Super excited to share updates and progress!

I was mildly playing with the idea of learning Unity before all of this insanity. Cut my teeth using GameMaker but wanting to expand my engine familiarity with one of the open source options like Godot or FNA. Need to determine which has a friendly GUI like GameMaker.

Excellent, library hold pickup notice for Rules of Play, the game design book that got me to really start thinking about picking up gamedev. Will be interesting to review and compare to the rest of what I’ve learned since.

Finished Harrow the Ninth this evening and nearly spoiled myself by not understanding that a third book had already been released in the series. What was intended to be a trilogy got an unexpected addition. I was eager to jump into the subreddit and have Harrow’s wild ending unraveled for me!
