Wrote a piece for @slate.com explaining that states have a long history of prosecuting federal officers when they allegedly use excessive force. Federal officers are only immune from such prosecutions when they act reasonably in carrying out lawful duties.

One, the irony of calling yourself a refugee while you colonize that app, but two, the number of videos pouring in from new users telling other Americans to behave. 🤣

My username on rednote is tinyfish78. Their cat videos are superior. The Chinese people have been very welcoming. Everyone is seeing first-hand that we are very much alike and laugh at the same stuff. It's becoming a real bonding experience.
