Music is so cool... Here I am, mid-productivity-hole and a song comes on. I've never heard it before or the artist. And I actually have to stop and really listen to it because it hit me in the subconscious feels. Then, on re-listen, I'm absorbed and wrapped in it. Shared experiences are wild.

I seriously don't know how I functioned 33 years of my life with undiagnosed ADHD. Being medicated has, literally, changed my life.
I know it's not the same for everyone but, for me, there's a literal night and day difference when I try to be an adult not on meds.
