231125 Quite a lot of birbs heard on my short walk around my estate earlier: herring gulls, crows, jackdaws, magpies, robins, wood pigeons and COAL TITS! Coal tits are back! I love them. They're so cute! #2425YearOfBirding

Owie! You poor thing! Yep, I have to be careful with my TheraBand too - use it to strengthen my arthritic knee and I've got it tied in a loop around a bed leg which means it's pretty safe. When our physio aids bite us back we have to watch out!
