Wednesday was National Bagel Day 🥯

Make these easy high protein bagels at home!

You just need:
1 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 egg
Optional seasonings: everything bagel seasoning or add shredded cheese

13.1 mile long run this past weekend 🏃🏻‍♀️

I fueled with electrolyte mix in my water and took 2 gels. Training my gut along with my legs. Felt pretty good and happy with my pace.

9 weeks to go until the Surf City Marathon.

One of my favorite breakfasts is avocado toast 🥑

I used my high protein Greek yogurt bagels, a little cottage cheese, avocado, everything bagel seasoning, and eggs for a high protein and filling breakfast. 😋

I went on a 12.5 mile run this weekend. My longest run yet! Definitely challenging but it’s always amazing to see what your body can do. Still getting used to taking gels while running. 10 weeks until my first marathon. 🏃🏻‍♀️

Anyone else training for a marathon?
