When an insurrectionist, along with his election deniers was elected, the constitution became null and void. They just do whatever they want without congressional approval. Trump even openly said he doesn't know if he has to uphold the constitution.

I still remember his first term, a 5th grader told my daughter he was glad she wasn’t Mexican- otherwise she would have to go on the other side of the wall.
She then told him, she was Mexican and he stayed quiet.
You know this is learned behavior. This is not normal.
