The app called "alcohol capture" is excellent for keeping track of alcohol use. It's free and was developed by the Hester lab in Melbourne as a research tool.

This misinformation is harmful. Smoking causes 480,000 early deaths annually with a heavy burden on underserved populations. Varenicline increases the ability to stop/reduce smoking and improves health.

The AI overview is relying on outdated information from more than a decade ago. The FDA placed a 'back box' warning in 2009 and removed it in 2016 based on solid research (see references below). Varenicline doesn’t increase the risk of neuropsychiatric events (depression/suicide) over placebo.
