Having to shift my focus from patient advocate for myself to co-caregiver of my mother-in-law with my husband. Thankful to give back to the woman who gave me my husband. 🥰

Went to the doctor yesterday. Sinus infection. Started meds last night. Hope to finally kick this thing. #realpersonsick

When you’re sick and tired of taking your meds, but you have to take them because you’re sick and want to stay alive… you say “I hate you” to every one of them and feel lighter… for a while. #chronicillness
