Up early and on the way home from this quick jaunt to NC. Hard to believe this was the last travel gig of the year with @blaircrimmins.bsky.social. Was a great one though! Band was tight! Now to hunker down close to home for some local shows interspersed with some solo travel for family stuff.

Don't think I mentioned. I fucked up my knee mashing too hard on my 2-speed a couple weeks ago and haven't exercised since. Until today! I ran & haven't noticed any ill effects. I'm slow. I took walk breaks. I'm sweaty and accomplished. Whatever obstacle you're working at today, I believe in you. ♥️♥️

The transphobes I've met have never been willing to admit that 1. They don't know any trans people and 2. They don't care about whatever "threat" trans men pose. Crusty old white jazz musicians need to do better.
