Due to an incident, there’s rail travel ‘chaos’ affecting the north east of England today. But staff of @lner.co.uk on board 18:29 train towards London has been fab. When you typically just hear dead silence, we receive regular updates. And even if there was nothing update, you hear reassurance. 🤗
