tough question especially for mainline DnD, i'd love to seem them embrace fan "coding" ideas and lean into traditional black-cultural inspired art (pathfinder's mwangi expanse) but for something less radical i thought 3rd party "Fateforged" did well with Mongolian coding also present in orc lore

3, i get real conflicted with, firmly in the camp that orcs have had black/Mongolian coded for a long time (i try to always respectfully embrace that in my work by learning more about Turkish-Mongolians). here i don't think they're distinctly Mexican there's a vibe of native Meso-American
