Generally, when litigating against a prison, a prisoner has to go through all internal administrative processes. I'm the BOP, that takes about 6 months at best. Judge Lamberth also (rightly) held that in these circumstances, those processes are not available.

Listening to a government rebuttal and it just confirms that prosecutors on average are horrible at cross and rebuttal. It’s hard to think on your feet when you’re taught to rely on what you’re told.
