People (and the market) don't seem to be reacting to the AWS outage very much. Perhaps that's troubling?

Certainly is to those who use Canvas for teaching/learning for one (and a whole host of other stuff).

Maybe so many systems shouldn't rely on so few companies...

so.... NIH issued a news item clarifying the new use of animals policy.

It seems that the bottom line is that NIH will not issue NoFOs specifically about creation or use of animal models of disease.
