You need: Whole unpeeled garlic bulbs, Roasting bag / foil, Rice cooker.
Place the whole bulbs into a roasting bag and seal it loosely.
Put the bag in your rice cooker and switch it to keep warm.
Leave it for 2-3 weeks, ensure the garlic stays soft & doesn't dry out.
