It has little to do with reducing spending in all the departments being dismantled, but ALL about keeping the tax cuts. Period. Full stop.
As Trump tries to dismantle the Department of Education, remember that his plan to cut the corporate tax rate to 15% would give the 100 largest corporations a tax cut larger than the entire department's K-12 budget.

There’s more incredible info available about him in the comments after clicking the original post. What a cool guy! (This was my first real traumatic experience of a public nature, like 9/11. In that, I watched it happen, and cried for days. Shoot, it still makes me sad. Devastating loss.)
