As long as Dems adopt pro-housing rhetoric as an "affordability" issue instead of it being about social connection, emotional appeals to community, etc. we'll lose in the attention economy the right has captured.

But he sees it not an affordability crisis, but as a social crisis. So YIMBY = affordability = political win doesn't work.
