I survived, my friends." 2: "On Sunday there will be a ceasefire, I can't believe that I survived this holocaust with Zeina and my mother, I still can't believe that 15 months we have been exterminated and dying and now we have reached the end of this war. I am crying I don't know what to say but I will write a book explaining everything all my sorrows and pains and my longing for my life before the war, for my destroyed home and for many of my family members that I lost. aboud has been messaging me about the ceasefire; he is crying from gladness at having survived this far, but is also distraught at all he has lost & that he has not raised enough to get the eye surgery he desperately needs in egypt. the ceasefire CANNOT be the end of our support for folks in gaza

I am sharing a new Palestinian account every day and today is Asmaa. Asmaa has three children, Anas, Sara and Adam. Adam who is 3 has Cornelia de Lange Syndrome which requires many specialized therapies he has not been receiving. The family’s home was destroyed and they are living in a tent.
