I'll translate all that into honest speech. Looks like he took his physical, doctor said a bunch of stuff he didn't understand, told him he needed a cognitive test, Trump asked if it was hard, doc said it was going to be hard for Trump specifically, and he did okay on it, but has to return monthly.
