Ukraine never wanted this war. Russia invaded our country. Nobody in this world wants peace more than Ukrainians, whose towns and villages are being razed, whose children are being abducted, whose families are being burned alive in their own homes by Russian drones and missiles.

This government is considering introducing more private finance into our NHS, with a decision to be made at the Autumn Budget.

Don't let them get away with selling out our NHS.

The BBC is the biggest thump of soft power the UK has and its reach and influence to the benefit of the country is extraordinary. Destroy it, hugely damage the UK. The same people who helped weaken us over Brexit are seeking to do it again.
Interesting to see so many great British patriots right now begging an American president to bankrupt one of Britain’s last remaining truly national institutions.

The single biggest intellectual failing in this government is a deeprooted belief that the 2006 to 2024 Conservative party has no lessons, positive or negative, and that 2015, 2017, 2019 are solely a story of Labour failure and Tory deceit.
Fascinating that the cause of collapse of both major parties has not just been basically identical (cost of living and service failings creating unpopularity, chasing radical right tail on immigration fuelling in-bloc schism), but that doubling down has persisted long after failure became clear.

Pay back your travel expenses Jenkyns!

Reform UK’s Andrea Jenkyns is claiming travel expenses for her job as Mayor of Lincolnshire, why? Because she lives in Yorkshire (despite saying she lives in Lincolnshire on her nomination forms).
