When I lived in Alaska I made this picture. There's nothing political in this. It's just a picture that tries to express how those of us who lived there wanted to remind those in the lower 48 that we were part of the country. #Alaska flag / US flag.

This was meant to be either a practice picture or part of something else, but when I got to this point I stopped, because I loved the rhythm.
Anyway, it's a #watercolor picture on hot press paper.
Maybe it's a staircase without a nude descending it, though I'd never dare emulate Marcel Duchamp.
