Kudos to the Royal Oak Area Democratic Club. After a lively meeting, had a great discussion of On Tyranny by Timothy Snyder. Quick, easy read, with lots of suggestions for the next few years.
Also, just joined ACLU, with a monthly pledge... they are the best line of resistance we have.
