Today I return to “The Lake” reminded that the calm of the lake I grew up on reminds me of “Blue Mind”—the peaceful, meditative state we feel near any body of water. Being near water soothes stress, sparks creativity, and brings clarity. Grateful for these moments by the water. #BlueMind #LakeLife
