Solaris is my favorite film, but it took me forever to get around to watching Stalker. once i did, it now kind of sits with Solaris as the favorite. i can't decide between them. i also highly recommend the books the films are based on. 🙃

i'm so sorry you and your husband are in such pain. if i could, i would sit with you both and listen and just be there for you. i'm not really good at always knowing the right thing to say or giving advice, but i'm good at listening (and hugs). i really hope you both feel better soon. 🫶

i turn off the music, and i play on peaceful survival. for some reason, this is very weird, according to some of my young relatives. i am pretty sure plenty of people play that way, i mean, it's just basic settings. 🤷‍♀️

i have been pretty good about taking care of myself. staying warm, sleeping, staying hydrated, making myself eat, all the things. 🙂

i regret that i've never finished watching that. though i recall crying at least once during every single damn episode.

It's like they know that - despite winning a lot of individual battles - they can't ever win the culture war. Beating up on minorities will forever mark them out as life's losers - however rich they get - and knowing that only makes them angrier and more bitter.
