I don’t think it was ill intent that kept them from being focused on before but it did come across as more exclusionary than intended. And some on the furthest left flank need to get A LOT more comfortable with catering to one of the largest voting blocs: young straight white and Latino men.

Oh 1000% — and I think that’s a common trend for sure. And there has to be an active effort to do outreach to young straight and largely white and Latino men. They need to feel like they’re welcome in the big tent and their challenges aren’t talked about enough.

Just nuttiness. All led by Schumer who is incredibly out of touch and think he can negotiate like it’s 1980.

I hope mamdani can turn up the heat on him and push him to give up the minority leader title or better yet retire altogether.
