Michael Lewis had a multipart podcast on this phenomenon. Eye opening. He interviewed some college athletes who were physically threatened by other students for missing free throws. The spillover is awful.

THERE ARE LAYERS OF LEGISLATIVELY MANDATED AUDITS AND EAC-REQUIRED TECHNOLOGICAL SAFEGUARDS ALREADY!!

That you don't know about them doesn't mean they don't exist.

Sorry. This stuff makes me absolutely nuts.

Brilliant but...

If that check fails, the system is locked from tabulating votes.
Some counties even pay VSTLs to do off-board Trusted Build audits after the election.
December 9, 2025 at 8:36 PM
I don't know what you mean by "audited", but after a release is EAC certified, the field systems do a "Trusted Build Verification" every time it's booted up.
It's a cryptographic process that verifies the software image is the same as the one during EAC certification.

If you want to defend election integrity, there are serious people that are doing it, like Marc Elias.
Not people selling merch to fund phony lawsuits.
December 9, 2025 at 2:39 AM
Seriously, did you actually read this? Again, it claims that the Trump drop off votes in Clark County is an "extreme anomaly" and then in its "reconstructed results" removing said anomaly gives the state to ... Harris?

It's not even internally consistent
December 9, 2025 at 1:37 AM
Did you actually read this?

Why would Republicans not voting for Trump but voting for downticket Republicans be an "extreme anomaly".

It's such an extreme anomaly that it hasn't happened since...2022.

When Kari Lake, MAGA Queen of the Desert, got fewer votes than downticket Republicans.

You: I haven't seen anyone refute the multiple statistical claims.
Also you: I refuse to open the post refuting statistical claims.
December 9, 2025 at 1:29 AM
I have substantiated all my claims"
1) They misrepresent the work of the experts they're citing,
2) They lie about the partipation of those experts in their work, and
3) have shown you that their statistics are garbage.
(But you chose not to read it)
December 8, 2025 at 11:28 PM
And yes, they're doing it perfectly.
"We need your help to resolve our uncertainties! Donate now! Buy a hoodie!"

Nearly $200K raised so far, and the beauty is when their lawsuit gets tossed for standing in 2 weeks, they will not have spent much of it.

What makes you think it wasn't verified?
Each swing state has layers of legislatively-mandated audits and uses EAC-certified technology that REQUIRES levels of technological safeguards.
Each swing state did a manual recount of a statistically-significant number of ballots.

And here's a comparison to ETA's "Russian Tail" in North Carolina to the prototype Russian Tail.

Do you back Nathan's claim they are "mirror images"?
bsky.app/profile/dbma...
On the left is THE RUSSIAN TAIL from the Georgia election.
On the right is ETA'S "Russian Tail" from NC.

Do they look the same?
Are they "mirror" images as ETA claims?
December 8, 2025 at 10:29 PM
Here's a thread I did digging down into THEIR sources.
If any of them even bothered to mention turnout, it was a signature of extremely high turnout that was very localized.

The famous Russian Tail.

bsky.app/profile/dbma...
From the Shpilkin presentation that ETA pointed to.

I mean, it's absurd. "Get Out The Vote" (GOTV) programs are proven to be the best mechanism for winning elections.

And ETA is generalizing localized high turnout to mean the GOTV is evidence of fraud.
December 8, 2025 at 10:29 PM
These are ETA's own words.
I mean, it's garbage. GOTV is what wins elections.

"If the candidate that more successfully got their supporters to the precinct, it's a sign of fraud."
December 8, 2025 at 10:29 PM
10 minutes ago you claimed you weren't qualified to judge this, but you feel that you have the qualifications to look at ETA's charts and be convinced there's the possibility of fraud?

And don't worry. Klimek will never have to testify because this gets punted out of court within a month.
December 8, 2025 at 10:22 PM
You're not going to look at it? It's from a statistician debunking ETA's gross ignorance of statistics.

Holy hell.
December 8, 2025 at 10:18 PM
I think that amounts to the same thing. This guy articulates it extremely well.

From someone who works GOTV campaigns, it's absurd to me that voter turnout should be homogeneous.
