Got out into the local woods for a long walk. 6.5 miles according to my Garmin watch - 24 minutes per mile. Almost 7.4 miles according to Trailforks (an app on my phone) and 20 minutes per mile. I'm leaning towards trusting the Garmin.

One of the problems with CAFOs and other enormous farms.
But perhaps the biggest difference is that egg farms in Canada are much smaller, so when one farm does suffer a flu outbreak, the effects are less far-reaching. The typical egg farm in Canada has about 25,000 laying hens, whereas many farms in the U.S. have well over a million

* Fix the quality and service issues. Doesn't matter how good the deal is if the build quality and service aren't up to scratch.

I successfully, replaced the screen in one of my windows. Pearl had knocked the mesh out of one and I couldn't get it to stay in place. So, I bought new mesh and spline and fixed it. There's screen sticking out past the spline in a few spots and it's not as taut as I wanted, but it works!
