13-13, Rugby World Cup qualification on the line. Bad time to miss a side entry shoulder charge to the head...

Or very convenient for World Rugby...

It's world pasta day so I've been working on a joke about lasagna. It's a bit cheesy but works on many levels.

In the run up to the Canadian election, I saw a video clip of a life long New Democrat voter explaining why she was voting Liberal for the first time. She said that whilst she disagreed with a lot of Liberal policies, she could live with a government she had fundamental disagreementa with.

Fantastic day at Twickenham watching England win the Women's Rugby World Cup. And whilst Keir Starmer, Kemi Badenoch and Ed Davey have congratulated the team on social media, there's been radio silence from all 7 current and former Reform MPs... So much for patriotism!

This modern trend of having your hair completely shaved off all around your ears and longish on top looks completely ridiculous to the point that I'm sure someone invented it as a wind-up.

I can't comprehend how disappointing it must be to be recruited by a spy agency and envisage a glamorous James Bond style life, only to them discover that you'll have to pose as an ordinary person from Grays...

Nigel Farage not understanding how the criminal justice system works in this country I can get. He's a banker and has spent most of his life living and working in the EU, but I would have expected SYL would have a better idea how the criminal justice system works given how often hes been through it.

They'll still come, but will be empty so they can reload with people desperate to leave the UK...
"Within two weeks you won't see a single migrant boat, they won't come," says Nigel Farage, on what he would do to stop small boat crossings.

Make a note of that one

Saw the #F1Movie last night. Many thoughts on it, not many of them good, but one thing I thought was in exceptionally bad taste, and haven't seen anyone else comment on it:

Pitt's character's backstory is that he was an up and coming racer in the 1990s before suffering a career ending back injury.

Zia Yusuf's principaled resignation from Reform UK lasted 0.0408 Trusses.
And now in the wake of the Zia Yusuf "un-resignation", Rupert Lowe is teasing the launch of his own alternative to Reform, while they continue to pitch themselves as the alternative to the Tories.

Does that make the Tories the alternative to Rupert Lowe? 🤔
